The Membership Council operates through five major committees: Child Health, Child Development, School Success, Family Functioning, and Family Economic Capacity. The committees meet separately on a regular basis to discuss strategies and activities which address a specific area of concern. The committees then develop a comprehensive plan (updated yearly) according to the needs of the community and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees.
